solfjaderThere have always been a lot of trends in dance. Yesterday I started taking Zumba classes. This type of dance is a mix of hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, mambo,merengue, mambo, flamenco, martial arts,  some Bollywood and belly dance moves.

I have been told that this Colombian fitness dance is an effective way of training. Getting into shape takes time, but I am on my way.
